Are You Exhausted From Hiding Who You Really Are?
You wake up every day putting on a performance. Pretending to be neurotypical in a world that wasn't built for your brain. Hiding parts of your identity that feel too vulnerable to share. Constantly translating yourself for others who just don't understand what it's like to be both neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+.
Maybe you've been told you're "too sensitive" or "too intense." Perhaps you've learned to camouflage your stimming, suppress your authentic reactions, or dim your true self just to fit in. You might be struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma while feeling like no one truly sees the intersection of your identities.
The isolation is real. The exhaustion is overwhelming. And you're tired of feeling like you have to choose between being accepted and being yourself.

Neuroqueer-Affirming Therapy That Honors ALL of You
What is Neuroqueer Therapy?
Neuroqueer therapy recognizes that your neurodivergence and your LGBTQIA+ identity aren't separate parts of you – they're beautifully interwoven aspects of your whole self. In our work together, we won't try to "fix" what makes you unique. Instead, we'll celebrate your authenticity and help you heal from the trauma of living in a world that told you to hide.
My Approach: Body-Centered, Trauma-Informed, Identity-Affirming
Inspired by Eugene Gendlin's Focusing: Much of our wisdom lives in our bodies. We'll slow down to meet and be with your true self, creating a resting place where you can quietly dwell with yourself and discover your deep soul desires.
Grounded in Nick Walker's Neuroqueer Framework: We start from the understanding that there's no way to disentangle sexuality from disability. Your neurodivergence fundamentally changes how you communicate and interact with the world – and that's something to embrace, not hide.
Trauma-Informed and Identity-Affirming: We'll address the trauma that brought you to therapy while developing strategies for overcoming the obstacles you face as a neurodivergent LGBTQIA+ person.
